Phase 2 EMDR

The use of EMDR is as unique as each client who comes to find relief. The 2nd phase of EMDR often times is where a great deal of work happens. While this video is directed at EMDR therapists, it does provide a wonderful overview that seeks to answer that often asked question of "when will we do the eye movements?" from clients seeking a calmer, more peaceful experience in day to day life.
